SUMMARY

But when Cassie discovers that Tobias has been having dreams too — the exact same dreams — about the ocean, and a voice that’s calling to them for help, she decides it’s time to start listening. RELAUNCH TRIVIA AND CHANGES
- The "Create your own morph" link (scholastic.com/morph) that was advertised in the previous 3 books has been removed from this book. Since the link never lead to anywhere in the first place, the project has most likely been abandoned or postponed.
- The cover animal of this book can be interactively morphed on the official website by the new model. However, it is a full body animation, and is different from the morphing steps that you see on the actual lenticular cover.
- The preview thumbail for Animorphs #5 is now altered to the new model on the inside cover.

RELAUNCH EDITS & UPDATES
POPCULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY
- Page 14 - "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" is replaced with "Sesame Street", and again on page 18.
- Page 14 - "King Friday" is replaced with "Elmo", and again on pages 15 and 18.
- Page 14 - Marco no longer dreams of "Baywatch", but of a "woman who lifeguards at the beach".
- Page 18 - Jake still brings a videocassette to show the news report to the other Animorphs, but this time Marco makes fun of it, rather than thinking he brought a movie. The bold colored parts are new:
"Rachel," Jake interrupted, "I think I have something that may be interesting." He pulled a videocassette out of his bag.
"Cool. A piece of prehistoric technology," Marco said.
"Not everybody has DVR," Jake said. "I guess no one else watched the late news last night?"Jake also asks Rachel to use her "mom's old VCR" to play it downstairs. The VCR previously belonged to Rachel.
- Page 29 - "Psychic Friends" is now replaced with a "psychic hotline" and "Madame Zora".
- Page 123 - Marco mentions The Hunt for Red October as a "great old movie".
FIXED KASUs
- Page 43 - Cassie's "great-grandmother" is just a "grandmother" now. This fixes up the continuity of Cassie recalling memories of her again on page 137.
- Page 141 - The weight measurements of the sperm whales attacking Visser Three are changed to:
"Forty-five tons. The weight of twenty cars."
FIXED SPELLING AND MINOR EDITS
- "Action words" and terms are now italicized. Examples:
Page 05 - Cassie as a squirrel: Look Left. Look right. Sniff sniff sniff the air.
Page 66 - When echolocation is defined.
- Page 95 - "spandex" is no longer capitalized.
- Page 117 - When Rachel silently mouths "He's cute" to Cassie about Ax, it is no longer in quotation marks, but italicized.
