WHY did they not get a kid with blond hair? The first Tobias model had brown hair because he dyed it like that at the last minute, and they couldn’t find someone else. Tobias is supposed to have blond hair, and they fixed this with a new kid model on book 43, used again for MM4, 49, and 54.
For this relaunch, why did they regress with a brown-haired kid? That ticks me off.

By the way, I picture the 43/MM4/49/54 version of Tobias whenever I have to imagine his human form when reading the books. That’s what’s official to me.

Is Scholastic ever going to tell us if they’re going to make Animorphs (original print and updated print alike) available on eReaders?
I’m really excited, but… I definitely don’t have room here for physical books, for the most part. I plan on getting them for my cousins and some schools, but I don’t actually have room to own two sets of the series!

@Ashley No complete before-after picture yet. If someone finds/send it, I’ll be sure to post about it! The only ones we’ve seen so far are for Jake and Rachel (#1 and #2).
